Dr. Harvey Ashmead to come and share his research with Columbian scientists. This is not the first time Dr. Ashmeeds expertise has been summoned. In June of 1977, he was asked by the UN to fly to Rome to help set up , , Dr. Ashmead is founder and president of Albion Laboratories in Clearfield. Dr. Ashmead is credited' with the development of the first topical application of penicillin and a drug that l Norma Earl was among the County attending Western States Forum in San Francisco from March 5 to 10.
