Show NOVEMBER 10, 1987 Obituary Siste Vincente Trujillo, 43, of 72 Villa Drive, Clearfield, died Monday, Nov. 2, 1987 in the Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of kidney failure. He was a charter member and past president of the Clinton Kiwa-ni- s resident of the Clearfield-Laytoarea. He attended Davis County Schools, graduating from Davis High School. He also attended Weber State College and Utah State University. He had worked as an electrician at Hill Air Force Base for 25 years. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Layton. A veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with the U.S. Marines, he was a member of the VFW of Layton and the American Legion. Surviving are one daughter, Cal-li- e Davis, Syracuse; five brothers and nine sisters, Louie Trujillo, Jose C. Trujillo, Julie Hoke, Phyllis Kley, all of Layton; Val M. Trujillo, Benita Valdez, Mrs. Enrecia (Mary) Gomez, Mrs. Joe (Lillie) Trujillo, all of Clearfield; David Trujillo, Sunset; Sergio V. Trujillo, Freda Scoffield Edwards, 90, formerly of Layton, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1987 in a Sierra Vista hospital of causes incident to age. She was bom June 10, 1897 in Layton, a daughter of Richard and Alice Parsons Scoffield. She married Ward Edwards Jr., Aug. 31, 1929. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He later died. She had attended Layton schools and Davis High School. She had lived most of her life in Salt Lake City. She was a music teacher and was active in the Utah State Legislature and was a member of the Delta Myrl Hazel Osborne, 79, of 403 Sunday, Nov. 1, 1987 at Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of causes incident to age. She was born Feb. 2, 1908 in Minkcreek, Ida,, a daughter of Albert and Victoria Rasmussen Wilde. He married Ila Mae Herzog Oct. 10, 1944 in the Logan LDS Temple. He received his education in Logan City schools and graduated from Logan High School. He designed the schools seal in his senior year. He attended Utah State University and farmed for many years in Nibley. He was an active member of the LDS Church and had served in a variety of positions including high counselor in the Hyrum Stake and bishops counselor in the Clinton 2nd LDS Ward. He was an artist and musician and had directed choirs and congregations for more than 40 years. He served an LDS mission with his wife in Colorado. He was active in scouting for 65 years and received the Silver Beaver Award and various others.
