Mrs. Ford was born on June 21, 1900 at Centerville, a daughter of Harold L. and Ida Smith. She married Eugene C. Deon Nielson Randall and James Raymond Barber were ordained deacons. o LANK ROBERTS TO COACH CENTERVILLE Lank Roberts, who just recently moved into the old Brandon home, has agreed to coach M-ME- N basketthe Centerville ball team. He started with the second half season. Lank was a member of the first Davis high state championship hoop team in 1920, and is known for his baseball, and basketball playing in Centerville in the 20s. M-M- en Golden Allen New Choir President Golden L. Allen has been appointed new president of the Centerville First ward choir, succeeding D. H. Major, who resigned because of stake duties. o Gleaned From The Record . . . May 6, 1935 . . . Mr. F. E. Sheldon was present, in the in- terest of the Centerville baseball team. He said he had secured from the business houses of the county and town thirteen new suits for the team. In order to secure enough equipment for the team for the entire season it would require $125, some of which he would raise by the sale of tickets, and he asked the board if it would not be possible for them to help raise the amount.
