Bruening has served at Redeemer Lutheran Church for the past two years, beginning his assignment here in May, 1958. One of the most noteworthy of these new activities has been his organization of the Mr. and Mrs. Club, an educational social club for adults of the congregation which meets once a month. An avid sportsman, Pastor Bruening, likes to hunt and fish and is a regular bowler in the YMCA church bowling league.
