A few years ago, the firm sponsored programs featuring only classical music. Then the phone company tried a mxture of music. A few months ago, AT&T backed a novel program titled It Couldnt Be Done. The show focused attention on unusual features of the landscape that were the result ol human ingenuity. Like the gigantic sculptures at Mt. Rushmore and like Golden Gate Bridge. The program was an immediate hit. It was something different. The telephone company has rerun it twice in the East and once on the network. It also has been shown all over the world. Now AT&T has a new program thats different. It s titied The Record Makers" and will be telecast at 8 p m. Friday on Ch. 2.
