recreation director It will be held June 30 The postponement was neces sary because of the opening dates of the cave he stated All other details of the trip will be the same Those who have paid and Paganini Quartet Featured In Thursday Lyceum Number The height in talent of the summer school lyceum series will Thursday at 8:30 pm when the Paganini Quartet presents a program to students faculty and townspeople This string ensemble have achieved fame the world over They were organized in 1945 and since then have won wide acclaim on concert tours in America Canada and Europe Members of the quartet are Henri Teminaka first violin Gustave Rosseels second volin Charles Foidart viola and Adolphe Frezin cello There will be no charge for admission to the concert which will be held in the L D special features of the Utah State Agricultural college summer session is the Music Clinic that will be held from July 8 to 20 High school students from Utah Nevada Colorado Wyoming and Idaho will participate Dr Frank Simon a top authority in the field of band music will conduct band classes Dr Eldon Ard-re- y nationally prominent choral music teacher will give special classes in chorus work Both of these programs are for teachers and high school students New Feature A new feature of the clinic is the piano festival that will be held July 13 and 14 Professor Edward Steuermann an authority on modern music who has appeared as the guest pianist with some of the leading orchestras of the country and who is connected with the Julliard School of Music and The Philadelphia Conservatory of Music will give a concert Friday evening July 13 to which the visiting high school piano students will be invited Concert These same students will be given the opportunity of playing for Mr Steuermann
