Now is the time for all good men to lose all their senses and listen to sandal commercials on the radio. Now is the era for erratic behavior and yellow convertibles and and gazing out the windows. This is the period of wishing for a few days off even though spring break is barely over. Now is the time for tennis playing and tennis shoes and golf playing and golf shirts and sidewalk surfing and surfers knees. This is the season for having a lot to do but getting pleasure out of not doing anything except watching the work pile up and then taking a walk. This is, however, not the season for concentratconscientious or ed efforts in thought, brilliant studying. It is a time for digging in the yard, for lying on the lawn and eating grass, for going through old scrapbooks, for visiting the zoo and eating peanuts, for holding hands. It is a time for listening to music. It is a season for losing unwanted hair, unwanted fat and unwanted grades; for wearing fewer clothes. Tis the time to talk of many things: of sailboats and sailcloth and cloth sales and auctions. To talk and talk and talk. Classes become more verbose but less is said. Now is the time for picketing and rioting and dancing in the streets. Now is the season for loud singing and Now is the time for bare feet on cold pavement, and for bare tongues in cold Coke.
