Show A STUDENT? WHAT ARE YOU Tis the time of year, that midterms draw near for the student to fear. But beneath this dread can something be done to ease the perplexity of it all? We as students (Lets assume . . . ) find ourselves in a nervous state of being-no- t knowing exactly the roles we play in our present-da- y society (Ed. 207) much less in the confined chambers of a classroom. So, lets take our very own classroom, as an example, better still our teachers and professors. For since we are in some sort of peaceful coexistence with "W" SUCCESS WITH SADIE HAWKINS DANCE On October 8, the W Club sponsored a Sadie Hawkins Dance. President Bob Neilson and his crew worked hard to make this event the successful one that it was. Everyone enjoyed the results of their hard work. To raise money for this organization the W Club sold tickets to the dance in advance. Steward Grows Combo supplied the music "Awhile Sadies that where Mary Louise Routh and Donna Runstead captured (?) Lil Abners, Duane Davis and Bob Cecil. Dr. Dear, Mr. Z....), our superiors (Prof, blah-blait is only fitting if not profitable to examine their words of wisdom (Phil. 283) as measuring sticks in regards to our behavior and maturity (Psych. 0001). Now then, look, read, and examine YOURSELF as seen under the eyes of Them. h, This was some dance! Yep, you could even get married. For just 5 cents you could get married with a very simple ceremony. For 25 cents you could get married with a shooting gallery or a chorus for a romantic background. But, the most impressive wedding was the 50 cents wedding, the weeping wedding. Doing the honors for these gala events was Jacko Parson Jamison, who was showing a middled aged spread. (?) She says she was born in Victoria, B.C. B.C.? I thought so. She looks it! Col-legiensi- s, Mr. Church: A person who usually lives a happy, carefree life excapt for a few hurried moments immediately preceding exams. Mr. Busnhnell: A person who hears everything sees everything, does everything, knows nothing. But we do love em.
