Show PAGE 4 CAMPUS GRIER Intramural Bowling League Intramural Basketball With the addition of two new teams since the close of the basketball season, Westminsters weekly bowling league is enjoying inceased popularity with campus students. At this writing, all teams, except the new entries, have rolled 21 games. Since the last tabulation of scores and stand5 ngs, some noteworthy changes have taken place. Team No. 5 has taken over top billing from the Splits as the leagues frontrunning squad with a record of 14 wins against 7 losses. In the individual scoring, Warren Hasegawas lusty 216 game is tops. Nancy Stoller proved she can control that bowling ball as well as she controls Bill Boy-lan- d, when she rolled a 210 game. Mary Ota is the only holdover from last month on the high score roster. Her 209 game still leave challengers with something to shoot for on the score sheet. Hasegawa also holds the best per game average in the circuit. His average is 161. Others with top averages are Harry Scarborough 158, Jack Harmston 156, Alma Brown 155 and Mary Ota 154. Plans are being made to award a trophy to the winning team at the close league play. It will be placed in the trophy case in the business office. Other prizes will be awarded for high games and high series. The top ten keglers will be awarded pins and medals for best per game averages during the season. Latest standings are as fol- King basketball abdicated at Westminster College.
