State, Sunday at 4 p.m. with registration. Some 200 priest-instructo- and youth lay leaders representing dioceses across the U.S. will attend the four-da- y conference, according to the Rev. Patrick J. Curran, youth director of the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City. Purpose of the conference, held every two years, is to update instruction techniques and discuss new ideas, Fr.
