Following a heated discussion, the delegates voted to accept the rules as set up by the rules committee, the four articles are as follows: Article I Unitey Vote The unity vote ruling shall govern the decisions reached in each governing district. The number of votes cast under this ruling would be dependant upon the number of delegates present.
