their respective counties shall keep books in which abey shall sha record deeds and all other instruments of writing necessary and proper to be recorded by letter line and figure figare precisely as elected and qualified said inspector 1 ors and warden Vf arden snail debore upon tue artrel duties of their office qualify by bonds with security to the people of the dorrit territory r in in the penal sum of conditioned for th the aita 2 ful discharge of the duties dulies of 0 their office which bonds sah be approved by and filed with the auditor of accounts which bonds bona anay be at iny any time increased by the auditor when in his judgment the public good shall require it SEC 2 tabe q inspectors and warden shall a appoint a clerk who shall he be under their direction t and they must
