The nearly 200 delegates held final went sighf-seeinsessions on policy making and legislation, ,and voted on new officers. The Triennial Council of the United Chapterso f Phi Beta Kappa meets once every three years with delegates from 160 chapters and senators from 24 of the organizations districts. In a letter to the mayor Tuesday Judge Faux wrote: "Since receiving your latest letter I have been able to make inquiry and have learned that a majority of the judges of this district are agreeable to a meeting at which you may present the information about which you have written bearing upon the need for calling a grand jury in this county. This will be a meeting to which certain Jaw enforcement officers will be called soon after the beginning of the fall term of court on Sept. 5."
