So whats a typical day look like for a Griffin? I ' "6 i t ' International Student Mina Roeisland : r f TkeTfwGriBm-Giar.- tl'f. V I Mina Roeisland is an international student from Norway majoring in international business. Roeisland 'decided to come to school in the United States because a friend of Tiers back in NomuyjecoBunended Westminster College. One of her bther reasons to come vto Westminster was due to the generous financial aid offered by the college. I Griff is the campus mascot with the head and wings of an eagle and ; the body of a lion, ; j Griffs favorite hangout spot is Behnken Field I louse and Dumke Field, which is where ou will find him dancing and joking around.' Griff also loves hanging out with his best friends in the ZOO at mascot Miracle Foundation, i 8:30 a.m. Wakey, Wakey! The alarm goes off. 9 a.m. Mina lays in bed moaning trying to wake up before she reaches over to her nightstand to grab her earplugs to Skype with her boyfriend, mom and dad in Norway before she starts her day. 9:30 a.m. She walks into the kitchen and dishes a bowl of yogurt, granola and berries for breakfast. 10 a.m.-No- on She takes her first steps into the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business where her first class of the day is management. Noon-5:- 30 p.m. After class, Mina packs her stuff and walks over to the The Center of Financial Analysis Lab in Gore to work on homework and assignments for her internship with the University Venture Fund. 5:30-7:- 20 p.m. International marketing is her second class of the day before she heads home to prepare dinner. 7:30-8:- 30 p.m. Mina prepares and cooks one of her delicious dishes including pasta salad with chicken and pesto. 8:30-10:- 30 p.m. After eating and cleaning, she sits down in the living room with her roommates to tackle homework and assignments for her 7 a.m. Griff wakes up to go for his early morning jog around Sugar House Park, he usually then gets back to HWAC to get in a core vvoikout to keep his abs looking good. After he eats breakfast (he doesnt like eggs, ! , r f internship. .m. After a long and exhausting day, she changes into her pajamas and heads to bed. lip t I i . i I so he usually eat some frosted flakes), Griff gets some time to play Xbox, f I Madden NBA or preferably FIFA, games. Noon Griff goes out and gets involved in the community with Mascot Miracles Foundation that works with terminally and seriously ill children. 6 p.m. Griff shows up an hour before game time where he stretches and listens to some pump-u- p music. 7 p.m. Its game time, and Griffs favorite thing to do is dance and joke around with members of the crowd. Griff gets his moves on when Yeah! by Usher, Jump Around by House of Pain, and Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus plays. 8:30 p.m. After the game, Griff does cool-dostretches. 9 p.m. Griff goes to bed nice and early.
