He has been a Griffin for 34 years. Morgan took over the presidential duties in July 2015 after former President Brian retired. and community. Morgan and his wife have three Saturday, Sept. 26 was filled with events in honor of Morgan on campus. After student showmorning inauguration ceremonies, there was brunch and a college-wid- e I I j Stephen R. Morgan was officially inaugurated as president of Westminster College on Saturday, Sept. 26. Morgan is the 18th president, but has worked under six others showcase and campus. Day activities took a minor break but shortly resumed at 6 p.m. for the inauguration reception. The reception lit up the Richer Commons area, and Converse Hall gleamed purple. There was a band, photo booth and dancing. There was also Morgans very own brewed root beer, which was named 26.2 and dedicated to his marathon running provided and crafted specially by Wasatch Brew Pub.
