Alcoholism To Be Discussed Here Tuesday By Bosone og-a- Indication th.it a $1,500,00 dry ice plant will be constructed near the Utah railway branch in the Goidon Creek aiea was revealed heie today by T. T. Knudsen, representative of the Pacific Wes'ern Oil corporation which is dulling an oil test wll at the foot of the mountains south of Gordon Creek. The actual drilling is being done by the San Joaquin Drilling company with R. C. Anderson in charge Mr. Knudsen stated that approximately $70,000 of this total will be used for the construction of a pipeline from the Gordon Cieek wrell to the proposed plant. Drilling at the Gordon Creek site is continuing and Mr. Anderson repoits that the well is now at a depth of 9563 feet. At one time the hole was down in the Coconino sandstone at 12,146 feet, the deepest well in the wrest, but great lengths of pipe were lost necessitating a sidetracking of the drilling alongside the original bore. Mr. Anderson stated that the objective is more testing of the Coconino sandstone formation. Tests are also continuing on the carbon dioxide gas which in this area already has proven highly (Continued on Page Eight) Pi h e, an 1 v e loiLe member foi 10 vv a s y ea rs , received from such cities as Las Vegas, and other Nevada points, and much is also promised to be (Continued on Page Eight) . offueis eiNi ng vey, a c le YJSllS NntrP Dame This Week :?o Membeis of Pnce lodge, No Loyal Older of Moove, last End iv evening t lei ted then new 11 the by Kirkham of the aeril Uki, - invited. general authorities of wdl be represented baer Oscar A Council of br te BE COMMERCIALIZED - conference session of wll convene orncEiis on GETTING SET Help-Mc- Number 15 GORDON CREEK CARBON DIOXIDE TO Roy-d:- be held 1946 and 1947 REGIONAL DIRECTOR EDMONDS TO INSTALL vot-Caib- on conference of the stake of the Church of Quarterly Atcard Winner, Utah P res Assn.
