Bob Chamberlain, owner, summoned the Brigham Fire Department for help in bringing the fire under control. Investigation proved that a fire had . been built in the fireplace in the lodge where a private party had been held in the evening causing about $500 damage. (UP) A little dog has been waiting by the side of a road near here since February for the master who apparently abandoned her last winter. She will not leave the spot except to go across the road to a pond for water. Benjamin Clegg, who lives near the place where the dog keeps her vigil, said he found her there last February.
