LI)S Impressive J An i COUPLE was honored at a wedding dinner at the Sky Room of the Hotel Utah In Salt Lake City, and also with a THE bridal reception at the Honey-vll- le LDS ward recreation hall on the evening of their wedding date. An open house was held for the r newlyweds on Aug. 30 of the bridegrooms In Salt Lake City. at the home parents For her marriage the brunette bride chose a bouffant gown styled of white lace over peau de sole, with a traditional button back and sleeves tapering to a point at her wrist. The full-leng- th flared skirt was complimented by dainty peau de sole rosebuds starting at the sides of the waist and continued around the back of the skirt unltl they met In the center back with one large rose the slight train. Irrlsdescent sequins accented I S the scalloped neckline and her sleeves, with the hemline of the skirt also forming scallops. HER veil of Illusion fell to her elbows from a tlera made of matching sequins and lace to enhance the gown, which was styled and made by the brides mother. She carried a bouquet of white phalaenopsls and stephanotls with coral carnations. Bridesmaids Kathleen Madsen, Saundra Hyde and Joyce Madsen wore matching sleeveless gowns of coral peau de sole fashioned with round necks and graceful bell skirts. They wore white gloves and shoes, along with tiny hats of white net and coral peau de sole roses, and carried nosegays formed of white dahlia surrounded with lace. Little Jan Gardner and Tonya Dldrlckson were flowerglrls for the occasion, and wore petite white dotted swlss nylon dresses with coral saches and carried tiny coral satin baskets filled with white carnations. Also carrying out the color scheme of the reception was a lovely white cake decorated with coral flowers and pale green leaves. Those In charge of serving guests at the reception were Susan Hansen, Mary Jane Loveland, Judy Pyington, Ellen Reeder, Janet Beecher, Marlene Bosley, and Margaret Bott, all wearing coral carnation corsages on their gowns. AUGUST WEDDING Newcomers to the community are Invited to attend a luncheon and fashion show scheduled by the Welcome Wagon Newcomers club at the Holy Cross Luthsrn chirch basement on Tuesday, Sept. 17, with social time set for 11:30 a.m. and luncheon at 12 noon. The annual fashion show is sponsored by Forsgransladles store, with members of the local club used as models. Jewelry will be provided for the models use by Hamilton Drug Center and the Capri Beauty Salon will style the models hair. N 4RRATOR for the show will be Mrs. Donald Carlton, with Mrs. J. F.
