UTAH FINALIST Practicing cooking skills for the final judging in the Mrs. Utah contest is Brigham City housewife Mrs. Darrell Card. The contest, to be held on Friday, will test the baking, cooking and sewing skills of 12 finalists at the Home Economics building at the University of Utah.
