Show Popular Couple Exchanges Wedding Vows f BIUMMNitl A popular North Ogden Miss and Brigham City man. Miss Mauroce and Joan DeBloois Whitaker, were united tin marriage December 27 in the Logan LDS temple. Muss DeBloois is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William DeBloois, North Ogden, and Mr Whitaker is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Whitaker, Brigham SPECIALS EFFECTIVE. WED. through SATURDAY It's "JUNE in JANUARY" City. President A. George Raymond performed the ceremony in the presence of family members and close friends. A wedding din-ner at the Tropical Restaurant feted fhe couple following the vows. Reception Held The newlyweds were feted at a beautifully planned wedding reception and dance in the North Ogden LDS Second ward the same evening. The young couple, along with other members of the receiving line, stood before a mural of the LDS temple to receive the s who called many to extend best wishes during the evening. Gowned in Lace The bride was radiant in a floor length creation of Chantilly lace and tulle over White taffeta. The bodice was styled with Queen Ann collar, long tapered sleeves and buttons. Her elbow length veil of 'brides illusion was arranged at the head with a crown of seed pearls and sequins. She carried a beautiful arrangement of red roses and white carnations. Attending as matron, of honor was Mrs. Don Garside with Miss Colleen Ellsworth, Miss Betty DeBloois and Miss Antoinette DeBloois as bridesmaids. All wore red atnd white candy striped taffeta gowns accented with red bows. They carried red roses and white carnations. Mrs. DeBloois chose a navy blue crepe for .her daughters reception, and Mrs. Whitaker was gowned in 'black crepe. Both wore corsages of red and white SLEj - . . sn't th is Something for January?
