To All Local Players, School Students A call was issued this week for all .tennis players to take ' tournament part In a which will start Friday, August 26 with four divisions of play , offered to students and a senior J division for adults and advanc-- i ed students I Students who will enroll In the seventh and eighth grades ! will constitute the lower brack-- , ef while ninth and tenth grade I students will be grouped together. Eleventh and twelfth grade j students will make up the third student division, topped by .the senior division which will be 1 open to students and adults, j Anyone may enter a division ' higher .but no one will be per- matted to enter a lower divi 4 sion. Land Malad ward won the Division 15 championship here Monday night in a postponed game, defeating West Weber by a 3 to 4 score in a tight contest at Rees Pioneer park. , Both-weIn the curtain raispr, won the consolation award from Hoy First ward by a 17 to 0 score, also copping the tournaments sportsmanship trophy. Both of these grimes were rained out in the finals on August 20, after Plain City had won third place .in the tournament.
