Womens clubs convention. It was unanimously agreed to begin holding Civic club meetings at 3:30 p. m. on the last Thursday of the month. The social hour will preceed the meeting which will begin at 4:15 p. m. It was explained that this system will be tried for efficiency during the meetings beginning in September.
