At least 12 additional classrooms are needed for Brigham City for the next school year. Based on the following fads. There are 1,113 students, in the Central and Linxln schools this year. This number divided by the maximum as recommended of 30 students per room give a requirement of 37 classrooms. There will be an additional first grade for Central and Lincoln for next year which make a requirement of 39 classrooms for the next school year. Considering Central school was built as a 14 classroom school and Lincoln school has 13 classrooms, making a total of 27, and from the above statistics there is a need of 39 for next year. This makes a shortage of the 12 needed. 2. With the lack of playground area at both the Central and Lincoln schools we believe that more land should be obtained and utilized at the present schools. Also sufficient playshould be ground equipment installed where necessary. We s 13.
