The program featured talks by Wendell Saunders, John Willie, Sam Gordon and District Scooters Melvin Johnson and Emery Wight. Presentation of awards was by Douglas Orchard and Mark Turley presented scouts mothers for awards. Colors were presented and retired by a group of scouts including Aldon Richardson, Tommy Owens, Robert Richardson, John Valberg, Bowen Call, Burt Orchard and Terry Petersen. Prayers were offered by Bob Limb and Wayne May.
