Jensen of the analytical chemistry department of Douglas Aircraft Industries, Santa Monica, Calif., has recently been offered the position of in analytical spectographer chemistry at Stanford University. If he accepts it is doubtful if he will be allowed to leave Douglas because of their need for his type specialty. Jensen Is scheduled to leave with Mr. Douglas, Jr. for Tulsa, Oklahoma in January to set up a laboratory in the Douglas plant there, Paul Douglas from the Santa Monica plant will have charge of the spectographical analytical chemistry dept, at Tulsa. Mr. Paul Douglas was a house guest at the Orson IP. Jensen home in the summer of 1949. Darwin P. Jensen was a student of Bear Stiver high school and the Omaha Central high school and is a graduate of Utah State Agricultural college at Logan. at Manhattan He resides Beach, Calif, with his wife and two sons.
