The Eagles Increased the population of 10 to 15 pound carp in the pond last May 31. Then they seined over a 125 of the aquatic monsters from the slews at the Bear River Bird refuge and transplanted them to the Brigham ,Qity pond. Since then many of them have been caught by local youth, giving them the thrill of landing the big ones. A project of the F. O. E. to give the boys added recreation during summer months, simlliar transplanting trips will be carried out during the summer, members of the Eagles said.
