As part of their Future Farmers, of America work, they have undertaken projects of raising beef, lambs, pigs, and a multitude of other animals. Every one of them have raised stock far above average and according to Sam Gordon, FFA instructor at the high school, they will bring top awards home from the showing and auction plus top prices for their stock. The FFA and programs can not be over lauded. Through the program they handle the entire chore of raising the animals from digging up the cash to purchase good stock, to the exhibiting of the animals at the stock shows. They are required to keep accurate records on the daily feeding, price of feed, weight increases and everything else a successful Hon-eyviii- e, 4-- H farmer is cognizant of. Spring is the day thats winter to start with and finishes up as summer. Maces folks, here from Kansas, cant see any difference, what with Tuesdays very hot weather and high winds. Placed on a competitive basis, the boys strive to produce livestock of first caliber to win additional recognition and to win extra remuneration in prizes by showing stock. The lessons they learn in the farm laboratory experiments are invaluable and will be valuable information for them when they set up business fo themselves. top-not- ch Pipe Organ For Tabernacle Brigham Citys most famous, and ambition this kind of weather beautiOur idea of to do a real neat job of trimming up the ful building will soon pass another milestone forked stick you whittle out to hold your in its colorful history.
