Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their attendants enjoyed dinner in a Fresno hotel. A three-tierecake wedding which was a surprise to the bride, was served at the conclusion of the meal. Following dinner, the couple departed for a three-weehoneymoon trip that will take them to Reno, Brigham City and points in Idaho. They will return to Fowler for a brief Visit before leaving for Los Angeles where they will make their home. The toride is a graduate of Box Elder high school and for the past two months has been employed at a dress shop in Fresno. Prior to this time, she has worked at a large department store Jn Los Angeles. Stapleton is a graduate of Washington State College at Pullman. He served as a deputy probation officer of Los Angeles county and at present ds working as counselor for delinquent boys for the junior probation camps in that county.
