That the First District Juvenile Court and the Box Elder County Welfare Department have made several attempts to contact the father and that the father has failed to contact or reply to either agency. Therefore, it is requested for the best interest of the children, that the State Department of Public Welfare be relieved of the custody of said children, and that they be placed with an authorized agency for the purpose Wel-lar- ' -- e, of being adopted.
