So far this season, the Brigham City nine has won all of their games except the first contest with Lewiston which they lost 8 to 7. They played one practice game with Farmington and lost it by a score of 15 to 11. Their total wins are five against but two lone defeats. Most of their games have been run aways such as the one with Richmond. In that contest, Val Jensen, Woodland and Harold Anderson pitched a game while the Brigham City lads put 29 runs across in seven innings. In the game with Trenton, they walloped the Trenton nine 14 to 4 behind the three-hi- t Hanline. Alan of pitching Against Tremonton, they played their best game of the year as they beat Bear River 8 to 0. In another game, they waxed Clarkston 17 to 5 as Val Woodland and Reese Whitaker cut the Clarkston batters down. If they win this game, they are at least in a tie or in first place. Tremonton has yet to play Clarkston and Logan and a loss to either team w'ould put the Brigham City lads in first place. Clarkston has a good team and they might take the Tre- monton nine for a ride.
