The annual stockholders meeting of the West Branch Irrigation company was held at the Clearfiek amusement hall Tuesday afternoon. A board of officers and directors were elected, with Rudolph Cook as president, E. J. Bennett and Earl W. Dahl as secretary, and Clarence W. Smedley Luther Ellis, Clyde Adams, am ' Joseph S. Thurgood as directors. Lacy Criddle met with an automobile accident Wednesday evening north of Clearfield when the gravel truck that hfe was driving met head on with a touring car. Mr. Criddle escaped with minor injuries while the truck and touring car were badly smashed and the occupants of the car seriously hurt. They were taken to an Ogden hosvice-preside- nt, - pital for treatment. The adult class of the Syracuse ward M. I.
