PETE VQHNESS Pacific Coast Champion vs. 1MPKOVMENT ASSOCIATION MEETS At the meeting of the committee representing the Kaysville Cemetery Improvement association and the Cemetery and Sanitation committee of the Kaysville City council at the Barnes bank last night the following resolu tion was offered and adopted by the members of the Cemetery Improvement association: ' Resolved, That Kaysville City have the privilege to take over the property of the Cemetery Improvement association by paying the debts of the company, and giving all lot owners in said cemetery the privilege to use water by paying an annual maintenance charge, and that all the shareholders in the Cemetery Improvement association have the privilege of applying, within one year, their share, valueud at $20.00 on a perpetual care lot at $100.00. And that said City of Kaysville lay out a suitable plan for the beautifying of the Cemetery. A copy of the above resolution will be mailed to each shareholder in the Cemetery association with the statement that the committee proposes to turn over the property of the association on the above terms. The members of the Kaysville cemetery committee made it plain that the council had no desire to take over the property if not entirely satiefaetory to the stockholders.
