Section C. 4 (Injection Interval), and to enlarge the exterior of the boundary Boundary Area Permit. II. Pait Currently, Section C. 4. describes the authorized enhanced recovery injection interval, for the Boundary Area Permit, to be the Garden Gulch and Douglas Creek Members of i the Green River Formation. As observed on the Boundary Area Permit Type Log, the Tar Sands Federal No. 1 (NE NE Sec. 21 - T8S R17E) the injection interval is 4538 feet to 6400 0, -- feet The EPA is modifying Part II. Section C. 4. (Injection Interval), so that the operator can continue to inject fluid for enhanced recovery injection into the gross Green River Formation interval 4164 feet to 6515 feet as described on open hole logs for the designated Greafer jMonument Butte Area Type Log, the NE Federal No. NW Sec. 26 - T8S interval R17E. This includes the Gteen River Garden Formation ' , -- Gulch-Dougl- Creek-Bas- and Appeal Process After the close of the public comment period, EPA will issue a Final Permit Major Modification decision, and will notify all regarding this decision. The final decision may be to: issue; deny; modify; or revoke and reissue the Draft Permit Major Modification. The final decision shall become effective thirty (30) days after the final decision is issued, unless no a requested change in the Draft Permit Major Modification in which case the Modification shall become effective immediately upon issuance. Within thirty (30) days after a Final Major Permit Modification No. 3 decision has been issued, any person who filed public comments on the Draft Modification, or participated in a public hearing, may petition the Administrator to review the Permit Major Modification No. 3 decision.
