Both dividends are payable March 29, 1957, to stockholders of record March 15, 1957. This action was in accordance with the policy of considering the dividend on common stock at the first Directors meeting following the close Of the companys fiscal period. It does not represent the establishment of a regular dividend rate for the common stock. A great many of you visited the reservoir in Whitmore Canyon last fall and know the seriously low level of the water at that time. At this time our water storage is even more serious than at any time Jastt year. This is due to the fact that there has been no WATER to store. As you have been told many times before, this is the only supply of water than can be depended upon. We are now in the third month (March) of this year and already our daily consumption firgures of water used continues to increase daily. This means only one thing -residents - are -- starting to -- use water for outside purposes. This is a complete waste of our water supply at this time. Please become water conscious and save water!! "Until sprinkling regulatnons are published please do not start sprinkling outside. Since it is evident that our supply is limited every resident is asked not to plant vegetable gardens or extensive yard planting. Anyone disregarding this notice will run the risk of having their water completely shut off for all outside purposes. John W. Galbreath & Co.
