Mr. Jacobs stated that the new association is not intended in any way to distract or impose upon the Coal Mountain Ski club or its activities and that the two organizations will function on a cooperative basis inasmuch as the members of thf new corporation are also members of the ski club. He stated that the incorporation was effected for the promotion of the ski area and the sport among Carbon county residents and so that liability insurance can be maintained in order to protect those using the tow.
