Batty and Susan Lynn Cuthbertson were united in marriage September 16, 1983 in a beautiful ceremony performed by LecfHakes, a member of the temple presidency in the Mesa, Arizona LDS Temple. Gary is the sent of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Batty of Randolph and i Susan is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Robert F. Cuthberton of Phoenix, Arizona. That evening the young couple was honored at an outdoor reception in the picturesque surroundings of the Hermosa Inn in Phoenix. The color scheme of pink and maroon was carried throughout the Inn as well as at the Randolph LDS Cultural Hall where an open house was held September 24. Matrons of honor were Karen Sullivan, sister of the bride, and Cathi Thurgood, a friend of the' bride. Bridesmaids included Teresa Cuthbertson, sister-in-laof the bride, Darlene Perez and Hazel Myers, asters of the groom. Best men were Bob Cuthbertson, brother of the bride and Wayne, Eugene and Don Batty, brothers of the groom. The flower girls were Lindsey and Kelli Sullivan, nieces of the bride and Tami Perez and Marisa the groom. RobBatty, nieces bie Cuthbertson, a nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer at a erf special ring exchange ceremony held on the temple grounds following the wedding ceremony. The newlyweds are now reading in Murray, Utah. Gary, a recent graduate of Brigham Young University, is employed at Hercules in Salt Lake City as an Susie is attending accountant the Intermountain College of Summit scored twice mere.
