The Wildcat sophomore, Dahlstrom, participated on two win- winners at Mondays Tooele County Invitational. But you might have trouble convincing 1985 crown. "It was a nice win," Nelson not ' ed. "Its always nice to win a region championship. However, the competition was a little down than in previous years. The Only real good thing about this years championship besides the fact that we won it, is that we all got first seeds into the state tournament. That will help give us a better chance of getting everybody past the first round which is an important thing if you have designs for a team title. Nelson stated the teams strength is again team depth which helps the doubles teams. Another key asset will be the fact that the same three players this year went to the state finals last season in the same spot they are now. "If all three can do equally as well or hopefully win an individual title it will certainly enhance our chance of winning the state title again. Only Troy Thomas is absent from last yearB state championship squad where experience could also be a contributing factor for the Cowpokes. "We are an experienced team as far as state competition is concerned. So we feel good about our chances of repeating." The veteran coach said he expects Pine View and Manti to be top competitors for the team title this year. As if a written script, this season and last year are almost duplicates and Nelson hopes to keep it that way. The last two regular seasons, Grantsville has gone undefeated headed into state tournament play. . THIS USED CAR STEAL OF THE MONTH WILL GO ON SALE AT 8 A.M.
