Show to Fireside Slated Report All members of the Tooele Stake ages 12 and older are invited to attend a special musical fireside Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The program will be presented by the combined talents of the Young Special Interests Choir from the Salt Lake area. A special invitation is extended to stake presidents, bishops andor counselors, Young Adults and Daddy Date 1985 2, May Special Interests. The Merrie Miss A and B girls of the Tooele Tenth Ward recently held their daddy daughter date. In attendance were: Stephen and Paula Morgan, Mike and Monica Rockwell, Gordon and Jennifer Woods, Roger Kemp and Rachelle Welch, and Boyd and Heidi Hos-tutle-r. Advisors are Kim Stewart and Leann Hammond. WESTERN WEAR .& TACK SHOP 7 M 40 West Vine, Law Week Observed Locally The purpose of Law Day, which was established to coincide with May Day celebration in the Soviet Union, is to call attention to American law and justice, says County Attorney Ron Elton. "It is a day to reflect on our legal heritage, the role of law in our society, and the rights we enjoy under the Constitution," Mr. Elton said. He added that Law Day is not an invitation to complain of the shortcoming of the law. "Rather it to celebrate the fact that under our system we can speak out, seek and effect change and openly demonstrate if we feel our system is not perfect," the county attorney said. Each year different workshops are planned. This year will be just as interesting and informative as the other years have been. All interested girls and their mothers whether they belong to a 4-clothing club or not, are invited to attend. The workshop will be held in the courthouse auditor- The Rush Valley Ward has planned a ward fair for May 4 at the church. It will be from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be many things available to do.
