There were 28 cemetery districts, 22 water conservancy, 10 sewer and sanitary units, nine Mosquito Abatement and nine Imand "Special serprovement vice areas. These with three Fire and one Hospital district completes the count. It may be noted that in 14 counties, no problem of special districts was involved. The over-al- l picture reveals that there were 82 special districts in Utah this year that Imposed property taxes totaling $3,300,000. This is almost double the total of $1,762,000 charged In In Salt Lake City, we give the over-al- l levy as being 87.5 mills. This includes figure school. City, County and State School levies as also those of Metropolitan Water, Library and Mosquito Abatement. BUT, THIS DOES not give the complete picture.. In one section of the city, an additional five mills must be added for South Davis Sewer District. In still another section, we find levies of the Salt Lake Water Conservancy District and then the Salt Lake County Sanitary Districts impose levies. Then, in the Granite District-i- n addition to the levy of 68.2 mills shown as prevailing outside cities and towns in the districts with 23 differ entcombi-tric- ts with 23 different combinations of levies. WEDNESDAY MORNING THE JUNIORS and seniors attended a lecture by Dr. Malcom Liebroder and Robert Lipman. Dr. Liebroder is a practicing Psychologist in Salt Lake City and on the staff at the State Hospital in Provo. This was the second time Dr. Lipman has visited Tooele High for such lectures. This year the subject was prediction; how we use it and how it affects us daily. THE FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA have set up a donation booth in the main hall. They are encouraging students to donate $1 toward the school marquee. All persons making these donations are eligible to win the portable television to be given away at the end of the drive.
