Wells Electric Co. bought out Wells Power Co. two years ago and decided to expand theii services. A loan was requested from REA and final approval was granted last July. However, funds were not available until this week. CLARENCE McLeod, former owner of Wendover Power Co., said that the Wells concern has purchased his company as a part of its expansion program.
