Having there a branch with a membership of 300 Hopis, while there I served as acting president and branch clerk. On Dec. I, 1958, 1 received a transfer to Winslow Arizona, where two of us were to begin a series of radio programs, directed to the Indian people, which proved to be very successful. While at Winslow, I had the opportunity of touring the mission with the all mission basketball team. This proved to be a tremendous aid in preaching the gospel among the Indian tribes. "I thoroughly enjoyed the 26'$ months I had of laboring with the Lamanite ' people, and am con vinced the time has come for them to accept the gospel, and believe we shall hear much of the Lamanite people in the near future.
