The occasion was Mr. and Mrs. Goldens wedding anniversary. On Easter Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Chase and family of Salt Lake City were visitors at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rue Golden. They also enjoyed an afternoon at the Sand Dunes with Mr. and Mrs. Fay Morgan and family. Friday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Tolley were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Long of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Peterson of Logan were guests over the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Williams. The Nephi Second Ward M. I. Ai2 will present the musical All In Favor by comedy, Keith Engar and Ardean Watts The on May 7 at 7:30 p.m. public is invited to attend, and there will be no admission fee. This will be presented at the d Ward Recreation Hall. Purchase of property adjacent to the Juab County Fairgrounds recently has been completed by Juab County, and construction of a new County Road Department equipment building is underway. The property purchased is the Yates property just to the north of the fairgrounds, bordering on third west street In the purchase, the right of occupancy of the Yates home as long as desired was granted to Mrs. Yates. According to the County officials, a metal building Is being purchased from Jenkins Sales & Service, local dealer, and is to be erected on the site. The building, 50 x 100 feet, will be well insulated and heated in winter, and is of such size that the Countys road building and maintenance equipment can be housed. The building will provide an ample working space so that the equipment can be maintained year-roun- d by the Road Dept. crews. The move to the Fair grounds area will relieve the congestion which for several years has ex-- 1 isted behind the Court House building, and will provide adequate housing of the equipment. Commissioner Alton S. Gadd stated that the building will be very attraclve and will add to the beauty of the area.
