It has been the custom for years, and a verv pernicious one too, m my opinion, for the farmers to throw open the fields tally m the fall, to cattle, horses .and shttp, indiscriminately and'in many instances, before the crops are all off the land, thereby causing serious damage to those who are interested in the joint enclosure, but who were not so fortunate in having their crops gathered in. Now then my first suggestion is, that there be a meeting called, and let there be an organization of these parties by the formation of committees A, and let there be a perfect understanding as to when the fields shall be opened, where the cattle shall run, where th horses shall pasture, and where the sheep may graze. It is a fret, that the manner in which wepatent have heretofore managed our pastuie and grazing lands, it has been a continual source of strife and contention, and whilst we have been quairelmg and contending, foreign heids have come in and taken possession of our range and got the good ol whit we should have had. if this sugge-tiomeets the views of the farmeis, stock anil sheep-men- , let a mass meeting be called at an eatly date, and an organization eliected that will be a nnituil protection to us all, and a certa n proteci an aga ast outside herds amlwhui that object is attained and the organization e.lected as herein I nny otler further suggestions aa 11 I ) Liniochi izfaiig Murtaso LimreifT, Penetrates IOAH of I 1 The largest Clothing and Men bant Tailoting House in America I icub J D 1-- 4 Men of good selling ability to repie- - g CO .
