Administration and enforcement of this ordinance shall be the responsibility of the Building Inspector, but the City Council may from tune entrust the administration and enforcement of some part or the whole of this ordi nance to any other officer of City of Parowan, 2. All applications for build ing permits shall be accompan ied by a plat in duplicate drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the size and location of the existing buildings, buildngs to be erected, and buildings existing on adjacent property, and such other information as may be necessary to provide for the enforcement of this ordinance. A careful record of such applications and plats shall be kept in th office of the building inspector. No other open space proyard-ovided about any building for the purpose of complying with the provisions of these regulations shall be used as a yard or open space for another building. 3. Any person convicted of violating or refusing to comply with any of the provisons of this ordinance shall be pun ished by a fine in any sum not exceeding $299.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not longer than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment. The court may, in imposing the fine, enter as part of the judge ment, that in default of the payment of the finr( the violt ator may be miprisoned in the city jail for six months. Each day a violation is permitted Jto exist shall constitute a seperate offense. Section 15, VALIDITY Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid.
