Eevery person, while hunting deer, shall wear conspicuous red headgear and red shirt, sweater, or jacket. The legal persuit of deer is confined to daylight hours. It is unlawful to hunt by flash light, spotlight or artificial light of any kind. It is unlawful to hunt kill or persue deer with a dog or dogs. A legal deer rifle must be of at least 23 caliber, shoot a cartridge of not less than 2 inches in length, and have an expanding tvpe bullet. Tht bow is a legal wepon provided it has a minimum pull of at least 40 pounds. Arrows must have cutting edges measuring seven eighths of an inch and the arrow- heads must not be barbed. It shall be unlawful for any one to fail to stop at checking stations or road blockades where a stop sign is displayed. It is unlawful for any butch er, locker plant or storage plant owner or emplovee to receive any game animal for processing or storage unless the animal is legally taggtd. Hunting on special permit is confined to the area where the permit is issued for. Sportrsmen were again reminded that the foregoing are only a portion of the laws covering the hunts. A well informed sports man is a happy hunter and it is the obligation of each hunter to know the law be- fore going afield.
