To the remaining sponge which should be about 2 cups, add: 1 4 c. sifted flour tsp. salt 2 tbsp. fat 2 tbsp. sugar Sift dry ingredients in a bowl, making a well in the center. Mix sponge and fat in well, then blend in the flour- Use enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured bread board for 3 to 4 minutes. Place in greased casserole or bread pan.
