Anderson and sons LaMar and Edwin pent Sunday in Beaver with members of the family. The men folk did a bit of hunting and the family group enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner a the Jim Lowe home while Edwin was still abla to be with them. Little Ellen and Janet Boyter, daughters of Joyce and Jay Boyter of Beaver, spent Saturday and Sunday in Paragonah with their grandparents Mr. 4 Mrs. Harvey E. Dunton. Mr. Raymond Trothero was taken suddenly ill the first of the week and was taken to the Iron Co. hospital for treatment in preparation for an operation which we understand will be performed later in the week. Mr. 4 Mrs. Ray Lamoreaux of Salt Lake City were in town for a visit with last week-enRays father Mr. Andrew Lamor-eauand other members of the family. They were guests at the Clark Lamoreaux home. x Mrs. Itosolla Barton left for the northern part of the State on Sunday to take care of the family of her daughter Mrs. Dorothy Dcil. Dorothy and her husband were flying back east to the bedside of Bills mother who is critically ill. Cradle news from Cedar City announces the arrival of an eight and one half lb boy, born Sunday to Ellis and Connie Mosdell. The little fellow has an older brother and sister to welcome him. Mrs. Myrtle Abbott had the misfortune to get tangled up with one of the big dairy cows in the milk house on Tuesday evening and was injured as a result of the accident. Knocked down the stanchion Mrs. Abbott was unable to help herself but was rescued by her husband. Paragonah Couple Enjoy Eastern Trip . i j Mr. and Mrs. Terry Lund returned late Sunday from a second honey moon trip, which took them through Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington 1) C., Pennsylvania,, New Jersey, New Xork, Ontario, Canada and back home by way of Detroit, Chicago, Dos Moines, Omaha and Laramie. They took a scenic tour on the Greyhound bus lines, traveling almost two weeks. They made interesting stops along the way to visit relatives and took Grey line tours of the larger cities. Relatives at Mattoon, Illinois drove 500 miles to take the Lunds to see Carthage Jail and the old city of Nauvoo, on the Mississippi. Pioneer ancestors of the couple played an important part in the Mormon activities there in the early days of the church. Mr. and Mrs. Lund report that Washington DC. has much to offer educationally. The guided tours of the Capitol building. White House, Smithsonian Institute, Washington Monument, Art Museum and other places held the Utah couple spell bound with interest.
