The week-encelebration will commence Friday with a racing program to be staged by the Red Hill Wranglers riding club at the City Race Track. Tost time has been set tor 2:30 p.m. with some of the best stock in the area to be matched in at least six races. Art Lowder la chairman of the race committee and states that 35 or 40 horses are expected to be on band for tbo programs. The entire celebration will be highlighted by the varied program which will take place at tbe track and arena on Saturday afternoon.
