Show basin record PAH 2. 1951 Myton Bend To Visit Belt Leko Members of the Myton school band will enjoy a treat Thursday, March 1, when they will make a trip to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah band concert. A special musical attraction will be furnished by Mr. Rafael Mendez, who will appear as guest soloist with the University band. Mr. Mendez is rated as one of the top trumpet soloists in the United States. The band will travel in private cars, under the supervision of W. Grant Peel, band director. Adults who will drive and accompany the band will be Mrs. James Bywater, Mrs. W. H. Linck, and Mrs. Earl Gingell, all of Myton; John Zirker, of Arcadia, and Glen VanTassell, of Bridgeland.
