Aug. 20. Clauds Tracy Moyes,' yeya of age, clerk of Weber county, died suddenly at his home, 120 Twenty-eight- h street, at 2. IS o'clock this afternoon. For a number of weeks Ur. Moyes had been 111, but recently had felt much tter and had gone to tils office at the courthouse. Early this afternoon he complained' of being 111 and died within a short time. , - Mr. Moyes had served in the capacity of county clerk for two year and deputy clerk for eight years. He was born In Ogden, the eon of Alexander H. and Nancy Tracy Moyea. He was educated to the public schools of Ogden. He served as railway mall clerk and general clerk for B. H Dundaa, the contractor street viawho built the Twenty-fourt- h duct While working In that capacity he fell from one of the topmost girders and suffered a fracture of the right leg which necessitated Its amputation. During the time he was In the hospital he was attended by Rose M.
